  • Is dedicated to meeting or exceeding expectations and requirements.
  • Exhibits a courteous, conscientious, and generally businesslike manner in the workplace.
  • Shows ability to achieve goals through compromise and collaboration.
  • Develops relationships with client personnel that foster client trust.
  • Holds themselves responsible for their commitments, results, and quality of work.
  • Understands how to communicate difficult/sensitive information tactfully.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of industry and enterprise-wide trends
  • Identify and manage risk on projects
  • Bachelor degree in a related field
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in the field.
  • US Citizen or permanent resident
  • PMP a plus
  • Proven leadership and managerial skills to independently manage teams during multiple phases of the project lifecycle
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills - meeting facilitation, presentation, and documentation
  • Position location: Washington, DC. The Government agency is moving towards teleworking, and it is anticipated that the candidate could be teleworking a minimum of 1 day per week for some of the positions, based on approval from the client.
