For the most part, the chicken coops are winterized well. I have wrapped each chicken run in plastic to prevent drafts. When I am inside the runs to take care fo the chickens it is cold, but without wind it is not too bad. There is still some work to do on my green coop which will take some improvements to cover the top better.
