I recently gave my email signature a fresh makeover, and I am excited to share the new design with you!

Here is the updated version:

There are a few key reasons why I decided it was time for this refresh:

1. Branding with What's done is Done
The vibrant, colorful cloud-shaped logo featuring What's done is Done represents my personal outlook perfectly. It embodies a mindset of completion, progress, and moving forward. This is essential in project management and IT consulting. The modern gradient design gives it a fresh, professional yet approachable vibe.

2. Highlighting My Certifications
I've listed my credentials: PMP, ITILv3, CSM, AWS Cloud Certified, PMI-ACP. These showcase my expertise in project management, agile methodologies, IT service management, and cloud technologies. Keeping them front and center reinforces my qualifications in every email.

3. Easy Connectivity
Adding my email, website (pauldone.com), and FCC call sign (WRWP967) makes it simple for colleagues and clients to reach me. Plus, the social media icons (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, X, Pinterest) encourage connections across platforms.

Overall, this new signature feels more modern, cohesive, and reflective of who I am professionally in 2026. It's a small change, but it makes a big impact on first impressions in every email I send.

What do you think? Have you updated your signature lately?
